Author Julie Berry will work with 5th grade students and teachers to teach creative writing throughout the year. Ms. Berry will provide writing and revision workshops, review and comment on student work, blog with students about the books they are reading together as a class, and much more during the school year.

Ms. Berry will read these 5 books and folk tales along with you and share her experiences and imaginative thoughts on each book. She will also provide bloggers with creative writing prompts at the end of each of her blog posts. So get out your pencils, use your imagination and write, as so many great authors have done before you!
